The taste of Mayurbhanj Mudhi is Unique because of its Raw Rice and unique manufacturing process . Generally home made mudhi will take upto 2days for complete the manufacturing process in Mayurbhanj but now a days the commercial units across our country are manufacturing puffed rice in a very short time by adding harmful chemicals like Urea, Soda and many more which gives product very attractive looks without any taste. . This type of puffed rice is very dangerous to health . We follow the traditional home made process of mayurbhanj with local Raw Rice by only adding Salt for manufacturing of Murmuren .
